Yes, we offer flexible lease terms of 6, 9, and 12 months.
We encourage residents to pay rent online through the resident portal. However, we also accept payments via check if dropped off at the office or mailed.
Yes, renter's insurance is required. You can either purchase your own insurance or opt to pay $10.95 per month for coverage through us.
Currently, all utilities are the resident's responsibility, so they’re not included in your rent.
To set up your utilities, contact Puget Sound Energy for electricity and Cascade Natural Gas for gas. Water, trash, and sewer are billed through Conservice, and payments are due with your rent on the 1st of each month. No setup is required for water, trash, or sewer.
You can use Astound for both internet and cable services.
Amenities
Our property offers a fitness center, 24-hour availability, a multisport court, and on-site maintenance for your convenience.
Parking is available, but there are no assigned spaces. There is no charge for parking.
In-unit washers and dryers are available in select 2-bedroom units at Willow and all 3-bedroom units at The Birch, Aspen, and Maple. Additionally, there are two on-site laundry facilities for your convenience.

The nearest grocery stores are Albertsons, Safeway, Fred Meyer, and Walmart, all within a short distance from the property.
Maintenance
Yes, we offer 24/7 on-site maintenance. Work orders are sent directly to our technician for prompt attention.
For maintenance issues, please contact the office at (360) 395-2707. In case of an emergency, Yardi will notify us, and we will reach you on our cell phone.
You only need to be present if you specifically request to be. Otherwise, the service technician can perform the work without your presence.
